  • WHEN AND HOW DO I GET PAID
    1. PAYMENTS ARE MADE VIA PAYPAL OR VENMO SETUP UNDER THE "PAYMENTS TAB > PAYMENT METHOD" FOR PAYPAL CHOOSE PAYPAL, FOR VENMO CHOOSE BANK TRANSFER AND INPUT YOUR @VENMO-USERNAME
    2. PAYMENTS ARE ISSUED UPON THE VERIFCATION OF THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION 7 TO 14 DAYS AFTER THE SALE, TYPICALLY WITHIN 10 DAYS

  • HOW DO I PROCESS A REFUND
    1. MARK THE ITEM AS UN-FULLFILLED
    2. CONTACT WYXII WITH THE ORDER DETAILS IF YOU HAVE AGREED TO ISSUE A REFUND.
    3. YOU WILL BE SENT A LINK TO COMPLETE A PAYMENT BACK TO WYXII, WHICH WILL THEN BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
    4. ADVISE THE CUSTOMER IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FOR THE FUNDS TO SETTLE IN THEIR ACCOUNT.
    5. NOTE, THE COMMISSION AND WYXII FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • HOW DO I ADD A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD
    1. WHEN ADDING A PRODUCT BE SURE TO UNSELECT “REQUIRES SHIPPING” 
    2. IN THE SKU LINE ADD FOLLOWING TEXT: “DOWNLOAD HERE:” FOLLOWED BY YOUR URL WHERE YOUR DOWNLOAD IS , SUCH AS GOOGLE DOCS OR YOUTUBE.  
    3. THIS WILL DISPLAY ON THE EMAIL SENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER AFTER THEY CHECKOUT
    4. YOU CAN ALSO SEND LINKS MANUALLY TO THEIR EMAIL
  • HOW CAN I KEEP MY PRODUCT AS A DRAFT INSTEAD OF LIVE ON THE WEBSITE WHILE EDITING

    1. Add/create your product. Save. 

    2. Go to product list, click the three dots and choose “DISABLE”. You can re activate it when you’re ready to go-live. 

  • HOW CAN I HAVE A SALE PRICE
    In the “compare at” price list the former price, and then in your price set the new price. It will add the “sale” tag on the site. 
  • HOW CAN I ADD A CUSTOM NOTE FOR MY CUSTOMER TO FILL OUT
    1. ON YOUR PRODUCT ADD THE COLLECTION "Customized"
    2. THIS WILL POPULATE A REQUIRED TEXT NOTE FIELD FROM YOUR CUSTOMER ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.
  • How do I bulk upload products by CSV?

    Go to products > my products

    More action > Add product by csv

    Use this template: Download csv example attached

    Upload, validate, then submit if there are no errors.

    Once the product is uploaded you will have to validate them, by going to my products, finding the product which will be in “approval pending” state.

    Click the three dots and select enable to make the product live.

    The fields have to correspond exactly as below:

    Unique ID : Leave blank

    Title: Enter product title 

    Description: Enter description

    Vendor email: Enter your verified email

    Type: Input the product type so it is listed in correct category. See list below.

    Tags: Leave blank

    Option Name1,2,3: Can be blank if your product has no variants. Otherwise enter the options here separated by commas.

    Variant SKU: If this is a digital product, enter the download link here. Otherwise leave blank.

    Variant grams: enter the product weight in grams

    Variant inventory tracking: shopify

    Variant Qty: Enter the quantity

    Variant price: Enter the price

    Variant compare: if you are having a sale enter the previous price here

    Variant requires shipping: input TRUE if you ship, FALSE for digital products

    Variant barcode: Leave blank

    Charge taxes: FALSE, wyxii users are responsible to file their own taxes

    Collection: See table below, international sellers must select Global seller*

    Image Url: Input your image URL or leave blank to upload later
